We create premium picnic essentials which are unique, expressive, and thoughtfully crafted for everyday adventures. We pride ourselves on high standards of craftsmanship and the quality materials we use so our products can be cherished for a lifetime.
We’re inspired by a nomadic lifestyle. Our love of nature has taken us to all corners of the earth. We collect trinkets, tales, friendships, art, and inspiration wherever we wander– and it’s this philosophy that’s the heart and soul of Wandering Folk.
Our collections are designed by our founder Sharnee Thorpe and are adorned in her hand illustrated prints. A textile designer by trade, Sharnee started Wandering Folk back in 2015 when she couldn’t find a picnic rug that was both practical and suited her signature style.
We are a small devoted team based in Byron Bay whom embody the Wandering Folk brand and its values. Also, proud partners of 1% for the Planet, a global network of businesses, individuals and non-profit organisations tackling our planet’s most pressing environmental issues.
